Your responsibilities include building partnerships, driving financial sustainability, and maintaining compliance and safety standards across all sites.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of senior management experience in a nonprofit or youth-serving organization.
- Demonstrated success managing a multi-site operation and a budget of $3M+.
- Proven ability to develop high-quality programs and lead diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and fundraising.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing partnerships with school districts and community organizations.
- Ability to represent the YMCA with professionalism and integrity.
