Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Executive Director, Program and Transaction Management to lead their strategic initiatives and manage acquisitions and joint ventures in Merchantville, NJ.
About the Role
As the Executive Director, you will oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives, manage project portfolios, engage with stakeholders, monitor performance, and lead transaction oversight. You will also establish project management standards and ensure successful project completion aligned with BAYADA's strategic plan.
About You
Required:
- Four (4) year college degree.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in large-scale portfolio and project management in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience leading the integration of new companies and/or joint ventures.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence without authority and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

- Base Salary: $195k–$240k/year depending on qualifications.
