About the Role

You will develop a system-wide talent acquisition strategy, oversee recruitment operations, establish key performance indicators, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. This role requires engaging with senior leaders on workforce planning and driving the adoption of best practices in recruitment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare or a large, matrixed organization.
- Proven success in leading large-scale recruitment teams and strategy development.
Preferred:
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or AIRS certifications.
- Experience with large-scale change management and organizational transformation.
