About the Role
As an Executive Functioning Coach, you will work with students to enhance their learning processes by teaching essential skills such as time management and study techniques. You will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment and establishing firm boundaries with teenagers and young adults. The position requires availability for approximately 10-15 hours a week, including weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as one weekend day.
About You
Required:
- BA or BS or higher required.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Firm boundaries with teenagers/young adults.
Preferred:
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience.
- Executive Function coaching experience.
- Experience serving high net-worth clients.
- Experience in NY Independent and Private schools.

The Ladder Method

We provide two tiers of services: Adults: Executive Coaching and Executive Functioning Coaching Kids/Teens: Executive Functioning coaching to academic support services including study skills, test prep, ISEE/ERB, and academic tutoring. The Ladder Method program aims to have our clients achieve independence from active support. Our transformational process takes approximately 18 months to two years depending on the neurodiversity of the client.
