About the Role
As an Executive Medicine Services Health Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating primary and specialty healthcare for Executive Beneficiaries, advising on policy formulation, developing communication materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of care coordination programs. You will also establish relationships with stakeholders, provide superior customer service, and ensure effective communication within the agency and with external partners.
About You
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree or technical healthcare industry certification(s) are preferred
- Must have a Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain the Clearance)
- Must have 5+ years experience in a healthcare environment and/or hospitality services
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication competencies
- Must have experience with executing operational programs
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework in health care systems
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred:
- Experience in leading initiatives and managing change
- Ability to influence through expert power and communication
- Demonstrated ethics and integrity, stress tolerance, and adaptability
