- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience in executive support, program/project management, or chief of staff roles.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience identifying gaps and implementing systems or processes to address them.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
