About the Role
As an Executive Producer, you will manage display production studio services, work with project leads to identify artist talent, build and resource display artist teams, lead production pipelines, and manage project connectivity between onshore and offshore offices. You will also advise on project capabilities, review key project creatives, and develop new working methods to modernize the display pipeline.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years in a production environment.
- 3+ years in a Managerial role.
- Deep understanding in display production and omnichannel content delivery.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
- Organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing more than 10 team members.
Preferred:
- Experience in sourcing freelance talent.
- Familiarity with production management portals.
