Salesforce is seeking an Executive Recruiter for Tech & Product organizations to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role involves leading executive search efforts for VP level and above roles across various technology functions.
About the Role
As an Executive Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to drive hiring strategies, create search strategies, and assess talent. You will develop relationships with candidates, conduct market research, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new executives. The role requires working in the office a minimum of 3 days a week in either San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Seattle/Bellevue.
About You
Required:
10+ years of recruiting experience including full cycle recruiting, executive sourcing, and research.
3+ years of dedicated experience in executive recruiting, either in-house or in retained search.
Expertise in recruiting leaders for various functions within the technology industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
History of collaborating with senior business leaders from top-tier companies.
Thorough knowledge of technology trends and industry news.
Extensive sourcing and pipeline building experience.
