Beyond Feedback is seeking an Executive Relationship Manager to join their team in the Phoenix Area, working from home. The role focuses on building and maintaining C-level client relationships to drive improvements in client operations.
About the Role
As an Executive Relationship Manager, you will lead a team of client project coordinators, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality results. You will represent Beyond Feedback in client engagements, facilitate executive meetings, and deliver strategic insights through data analysis. Your responsibilities will also include managing projects, driving growth within existing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics, organizational behavior, or a related field.
- 5+ years in account management, sales, customer relationship management, or related external client-facing roles.
- 2+ years of managing a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, especially in remote environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
Preferred:
- Experience with EOS.
- Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.
