Summary
Corps Solutions is seeking an Exercise Analysis Services professional to join their team at Macdill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. The role involves advising the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) on current and future operations and managing exercise planning and execution.
About the Role
As an Exercise Analysis Services professional, you will support MARCENT by developing exercise objectives, planning, executing, and assessing military exercises, particularly the INTREPID MAVEN series. Your responsibilities will include maintaining exercise-related documentation, coordinating exercise planning conferences, and composing briefings for senior leadership. You will also assist in managing training data and ensuring compliance with Joint Staff and Service doctrine.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum ten years of military experience.
- Experience in planning, designing, executing, and analyzing military exercises.
- Experience with Joint Training Information Management Systems (JTIMS) or similar databases.
Preferred:
- Expertise in developing exercise objectives, concepts, and scenarios.
- Proficient in writing and presenting briefings and reports.
- Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (SharePoint, MS Teams) and Microsoft Office suite.
