About the Role
As an Exercise Physiologist, you will coordinate and support Phases I, II, and III of rehabilitation programs, collaborate with a team to design exercise programs, perform diagnostic testing, and develop individual treatment plans. You will also provide direct patient care, educate patients on risk factors, and assist in departmental training and community education.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field with emphasis in Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- One year of experience in Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation or a skilled internship in Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Exercise Physiology.
- Five years of experience in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification, ACSM Exercise Specialist certification, or ACE Exercise Specialist certification.
