About the Role
As an Exercise Physiologist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients' educational needs, develop individualized exercise prescriptions, and document progress throughout the rehabilitation program. You will also educate patients about their disease processes and coordinate their entrance into outpatient rehabilitation. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and participation in performance improvement activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Two years of related experience or training in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
- AHA BLS certification (non-licensed must obtain before end of orientation).
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Well-versed in exercise physiology.
- Previous training in EKG interpretation and cardiovascular technology.
