NAVWAR is seeking an Experience Specialist NF-2 to join their team in Oceanside, CA. The role involves leading customer service operations and enhancing the quality of life for Marines and their families.
About the Role
As an Experience Specialist NF-2, you will lead the Customer Service Desk, complete sales transactions, assist in executing corporate service programs, and ensure high standards of customer service. You will proactively resolve customer issues, coach team members, and manage product presentation and inventory accuracy. The position requires adherence to safety regulations and participation in training opportunities to develop service skills.
About You
Required:
- One year of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in retail or business operations.
- Ability to read and train on operating standards and procedures for service and service recovery.
Preferred:
- Experience in observing, coaching, and training front line employees.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental standards for fuel.
