About You
- 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
- ASE Certification required.
- A-level Qualifications (Diagnostic, Electrical, Engine Repair).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ford/Lincoln certifications preferred.
- Previous dealership experience strongly preferred.
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
