- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
- Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
- Experience with water-based paint applications.
- Familiarity with safety equipment and protocols in a production environment.
