As an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, managing service appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with technicians to communicate service recommendations and provide updates to customers. Your role will also involve handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the service process.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of dealership/independent shop experience as a Service Advisor/Writer/Customer Service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
