About the Role
As an Experienced Civil EIT, you will be responsible for site civil design, permitting, and utilizing software applications such as hydrology modeling programs, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. You will manage projects, conduct research, coordinate with teams, estimate costs, and prepare bid packages and technical specifications. The position offers both on-the-job and formal training, mentorship, and exposure to project financials and client interactions.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years experience with a civil engineering design firm.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an ABET accredited university in Civil Engineering.
- "Engineer-In-Training" or "Engineering Intern" certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
