About the Role
As a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT), you will be responsible for site civil design, permitting, and utilizing software applications such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. You will manage projects, conduct research, coordinate with teams, and prepare technical specifications and bid packages. This position offers both on-the-job training and mentorship.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years experience with a civil engineering design firm.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an ABET accredited university in Civil Engineering.
- Engineer-In-Training or Engineering Intern certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
