About You
- High School Diploma or GED with prior hands-on, vocational, or job-related course work/training.
- 2+ years of combined formal training and experience in CNC operations.
- Strong basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adjust to emergency production needs.
- Experience with CNC machinery or similar equipment.
- Previous experience in a custom manufacturing environment.
