About You
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Management/Business, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking, startup).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data visualization and analysis skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in IT strategy, procurement/sourcing, vendor/contract management.
- Demonstrated success in one or more of West Monroe's core industries including Consumer & Industrial Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, High Tech & Software, Utilities, Insurance, Banking, or Private Equity.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
