About the Role
As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining air conditioning units, ensuring high-quality customer experiences. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and must be available for an on-call schedule. Your tasks will include interpreting wiring diagrams, troubleshooting equipment, and making repair decisions.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience servicing air conditioning units.
- Valid license and insurable driving record.
- EPA certification.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience making repair and replace decisions.
- Willingness to invest in tools used in the HVAC trade.
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and provide beneficial solutions.
- Advanced customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working on communicating/inverter systems.
