About the Role
As a Lead Audio Video Smart Home Technician, you will lead the installation and setup of multi-room audio/video systems and smart home solutions, provide advanced troubleshooting expertise, install and configure networking systems, and ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction. You will work both independently and with other technicians, maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety.
About You
Required:
- At least 4 years of experience in audio/video installation or smart home technologies.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a multi-state background check.
- Proficient with desktop and mobile computing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Control4, Lutron Homeworks, and multi-room audio systems.
- Familiarity with security systems like Qolsys and Alarm.com.
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
