About the Role
As an Experienced Product Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and collaborating with team members to drive results. You will work in a fast-paced industrial environment, handling various operational tasks and adhering to safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- Must be currently 18 years of age or older.
- Eligible for employment in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in Wetend Operations, Stock Prep, Reel Operation, or Safety Leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and work as a team member.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial safety processes.
- Experience in analyzing complex problems and situational leadership.
