Summary
The Friedkin Group is seeking an Experienced Service Consultant to join their team in Greater Houston. The role involves acting as the key link between customers and Service Technicians, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the vehicle repair process.
About the Role
As an Experienced Service Consultant, you will greet customers, build strong relationships, provide accurate repair estimates, communicate repair status, and recommend additional services. You will also handle customer concerns and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with dealership expectations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 2–3 years of customer-facing automotive experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Professional, courteous demeanor with a team-oriented mindset.
