About the Role
As an Experiential Life Skills Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing individualized life skills plans, coordinating activities with volunteers, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will also participate in community meetings, track educational statistics, and implement safety protocols while maintaining a safe learning environment for children.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- At least one year of experience in supervisory, training, case management, or teaching roles.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Behavior Intervention.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
- Experience in developing life skills curriculum.
