Summary
Meteor Group is seeking an Extrusion Assistant to join their team in Dover, OH. The role involves supporting the Extrusion Operator in the day-to-day product process flow at the extrusion line.
About the Role
As an Extrusion Assistant, you will be responsible for producing products within specification while operating and maintaining the extrusion equipment. Your tasks will include ensuring proper materials are used, setting temperatures, managing water flow, and operating various machines. You will assist in screw changes, maintain quality standards, and perform flocking machine operations, including setup and cleaning.
About You
Required:
- Ability to operate and maintain extrusion equipment.
- Experience in mixing components and maintaining spray systems.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of PE welding and plasma unit setup.
- Familiarity with flocking machine operations.
