About the Role
As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for safely setting up, operating, and maintaining cleanliness of assigned equipment. You will also need to understand shop floor documents, complete required documentation, perform quality control checks, and assist in other areas of cable manufacturing as needed. The position includes a paid training program lasting 12-15 weeks.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or machine operator position.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to operate a computer.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience operating multiple machines in a production line.
- Familiarity with quality control processes.
