Summary
EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director for their Strategy and Execution - Commercial Strategy team, with multiple locations available including New York, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Hoboken, Philadelphia, McLean, and Seattle.
About the Role
As a Director in the Commercial Strategy practice, you will lead and execute strategy development, transactions, and turn-arounds for clients. Your responsibilities include collaborating with team members to enhance client returns through corporate strategy improvements, go-to-market strategies, and optimizing commercial functions while minimizing customer disruption. You will also focus on business development and mentoring team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and 3 years of related work experience.
- Significant transactions management consulting experience.
- Experience in corporate and/or BU strategy development and commercial functions.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Proven record of excellence in a transactions and/or commercial strategy role.
- Experience in a large professional services organization.
