About the Role
As a Director in the Commercial Strategy practice, you will lead and execute complex commercial strategies and transactions. Your responsibilities include collaborating with team members to enhance client returns, optimizing commercial functions, and developing team members' careers. You will also focus on business development and building strong client relationships.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and 3 years of related work experience.
- Significant transactions management consulting experience.
- Experience in corporate and/or BU strategy development and commercial functions.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Proven record of excellence in a transactions and/or commercial strategy role.
- Experience in a large professional services organization.
