Summary
EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director for their Strategy and Execution - Corporate and Growth Strategy - Health team, with locations available in major US cities including Chicago, IL.
About the Role
As a Director within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution practice, you will lead workstreams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities, serving as a key liaison between consulting team members and clients. Responsibilities include developing long-term strategies, evaluating potential acquisitions, and improving operational efficiencies.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance and at least 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Experience with operating model strategy, cost structure strategy, enterprise strategy, and business unit level strategies.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- An MBA or graduate degree with two years of related work experience or at least three years of related work experience in client advisory or strategic planning.
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
