About the Role
As a Director within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Corporate and Growth Strategy practice, you will be responsible for translating client needs into project tasks, managing problem-solving activities, and serving as a liaison between consulting teams and clients. You will work on strategic issues at the C-suite level, including developing long-term strategies, evaluating acquisitions, and improving operational efficiencies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance and at least 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Experience in operating model strategy, cost structure strategy, enterprise strategy, and business unit level strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess industry, products, markets, and competitors.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as needed.
Preferred:
- MBA or graduate degree with two years of related work experience or at least three years of related work experience in client advisory or strategic planning.
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
