EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director for their Strategy and Execution - Deal Management - Financial Services - Insurance practice, located in Los Angeles, CA.
About the Role
As a Director, you will manage and execute operational focused projects, supporting client service teams in developing and executing strategies for transactions. You will prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify sources of value enhancement, and advise on risk mitigation. This role involves working on complex global transactions in the financial services sector, with opportunities for career development through diverse engagements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Experience in a consulting environment working with insurance clients.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- A proven record of excellence in mergers or acquisitions transactions.
- Experience within another large professional services organization.
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in a business setting.
