EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager for Strategy and Execution in Deal Management to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves preparing and executing mergers and acquisition plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits from transactions.
About the Role
As a Manager in Deal Management, you will serve as a Strategy & Operations professional, providing operationally focused support across the transaction life cycle, including carve-out, due diligence, and integration. You will manage and motivate diverse teams, deliver quality client services, and maintain long-term client relationships while cultivating business development opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, the Sciences, Economics, Law, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience, or a Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of work experience.
- 3 years of experience in conducting assessments of technology, finance, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain infrastructure.
- 2 years of experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- 2 years of experience in managing cross-functional workstreams for integration or separation of client operations.
- 2 years of experience in a consulting or professional services firm in mergers and acquisitions.
- 2 years of experience in project management, including managing and coaching professional employees.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing client leadership level materials for integration or separation of client operations.
- Experience in supporting business development, including developing C-suite level proposal materials.
- Experience in project or engagement management, including managing budgets and applying it to business development.

- Base salary of $131,560 per year.
