About the Role
As a Senior Director, Data Scientist at EY-Parthenon, you will lead the development of multi-source data pipelines, architecting and transforming data to support AI/ML-driven solutions. You will collaborate with business leaders and C-level executives, ensuring data quality and compliance while communicating insights through data storytelling. Your responsibilities will include managing data ingestion, ETL design, and the deployment of machine learning models.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field with 8 years of experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 7 years of experience.
- Proven experience in managing high-performing data science and data engineering teams.
- Expertise in cloud-native data infrastructure (e.g., GCP/AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala, with experience in orchestration tools like Airflow.
Preferred:
- Experience in startup or management/strategy consulting environments.
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in business settings, including Microsoft Copilot.
