About the Role
As a Director in the Supply Chain practice, you will work with innovative supply chain organizations, managing the entire transaction lifecycle of complex integrations and divestitures. Your responsibilities will include solving complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions, and improving performance across various supply chain functions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
- Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Knowledge of leveraging firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
