Summary
EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director for their Strategy and Execution - Supply Chain practice, with multiple locations available including New York, NY. The role involves leading complex supply chain transformations and integrations for high-profile global transactions.
About the Role
As a Director in the Supply Chain practice, you will work with innovative supply chain organizations, managing the entire transaction lifecycle from pre-sign diligence to post-close execution. You will develop solutions to complex supply chain problems, enhancing performance and resiliency across various functions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field with 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
