About the Role
As an Eyewear Customer Service/Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding and advising patients on their eyewear needs, assisting in the selection of frames and lenses, delivering sales plans, explaining insurance benefits, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. You will also participate in various office duties and uphold the MyEyeDr. values.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required).
- A proactive approach to problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Preferred:
- Willingness to learn about the industry, product, and services.
- Ability to sell with a desire to meet office goals with a 'can do' attitude.
- Friendly, caring, and patient-centric personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
