About the Role
As an F&I Manager, you will assist customers in arranging financing for their vehicle purchases, present additional product offerings, and ensure that all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines. You will also be responsible for auditing deals post-sale and analyzing them for improvements, while maintaining proficiency in required certifications.

Required:
- Eagerness to improve.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- College Degree or equivalent experience.
