About the Role
As an IMIS Administrator, you will be responsible for system administration, data management, network administration, and providing tier 1 and 2 support. Your duties will include troubleshooting customer inquiries, performing backups and disaster recovery, maintaining system security, and installing software and hardware. You will also be the primary point of contact for technical issues and will need to adapt to various shift hours, including weekends, to meet mission requirements.
About You
Required:
- Active SECRET security clearance (adjudicated within the last 5 years).
- Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance.
- CompTIA Security+CE or higher must be obtained within 6 months in position.
Preferred:
- Experience in IT systems administration.
- Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
