- 1 (+) year(s) experience in a metal shop manufacturing environment.
- Proven decision making and analytical skills.
- Proficient in the use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, forklifts, and cranes.
- Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce high quality products in a timely manner.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift.
- Knowledge of safe workplace practices.
