About the Role
As a Fachperson Produktions- und Prozesstechnik, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe use of tools and equipment, analyzing technical disruptions, implementing improvements in processes and quality, and supporting the introduction of new products into production. You will also maintain and update production documentation and provide training and support to employees in the production environment.
About You
Required:
- Completed mechanical basic training (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, etc.)
- Further education in the electrical or mechatronic field (e.g., technician HF, professional examination, etc.)
- Several years of experience in a production environment, ideally in the assembly of series products
- Solid knowledge in process optimization and technical analysis
- Strong communication skills in German (at least level B2)
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP is an advantage)
- Independent, structured working style with a high quality awareness
- Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to take on responsibility
