About the Role
About You
- 5+ years in industrial maintenance management, preferably in a supervisory or production management capacity.
- Diverse background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven maintenance planning, diagnosis, repair, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety regulations.
- Food industry background; seafood industry experience is a plus.
- Proven leader in improving work processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
