About the Role
As a Facilities and Site Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks such as painting, minor carpentry, and site repairs. You will also handle daily cleaning and maintenance projects, maintain equipment, and assist with the setup and breakdown of event infrastructure.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or its equivalency.
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Experience in overall repair/maintenance.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Must be able to climb, crawl, bend, and stoop with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred:
- Forklift experience.
