About the Role
As a Facilities Intern, you will assist the Facilities and Construction team by managing incoming and outgoing mail, entering requisitions into the financial system, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial reports. You will also help with logistical preparations for training events and ensure effective communication with staff and vendors.

Required:
- Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Quick problem-solving skills for logistical challenges.
