About the Role
As a Facilities Manager, you will develop and implement facility management programs, oversee office renovations and expansions, manage facility-related partners, and leverage data to address changing workplace priorities. You will also lead and mentor facilities professionals and assist in real estate assessments.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a facilities-related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience managing facilities operations and strategic initiatives.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
Preferred:
Experience managing projects and capital budgets.
Real estate and development experience.
Facility management and A/E software capabilities.
