Headlight is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all facilities operations in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves strategic and operational oversight of physical spaces to support provider success and patient experience.
About the Role
As a Facilities Manager, you will lead and manage operations across all locations, establish standardized workflows, oversee lease portfolio management, lead site selection and feasibility analysis for new office locations, partner with various departments for facility planning, optimize space planning and facility design, manage the facilities budget, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and monitor facility performance through KPIs.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in facilities management, real estate, workplace operations, or a related field, preferably in a multi-location organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial leases, site selection, and office build-outs or relocations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing facilities budgets, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partner effectively with leadership, finance, operations, and external vendors.
- Experience developing operational processes, safety standards, and scalable facilities infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously.
