About the Role

As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, coordinate vendors and contractors for maintenance and improvements, plan and manage office upgrades, support preventative maintenance, assist with safety and compliance efforts, and maintain high standards for the facility's appearance and functionality.

About You

Required:

3-5 years of experience supporting facilities, workplace operations, or office management.
Experience managing vendors and day-to-day operational issues.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Clear communicator with a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred:

Familiarity with basic safety, security, and facilities best practices.
Ability to work independently and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
