About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field.
- 10+ years’ experience in a maintenance and/or plant engineering related position.
- Proven technical skill in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- MS or MBA degree.
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop maintenance technicians.
