Summary
Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join their team in Lansdowne, VA. The role involves managing facilities operations, ensuring effective maintenance and operational workflows at the ADF campus.
About the Role
As a Facilities Specialist, you will assist with the daily operations of the Lansdowne campus, manage key building systems, oversee general maintenance tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety protocols are up-to-date. You will also lead event setups and manage inventory and mail operations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma with 3+ years of facilities management and maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of building systems and facilities management practices (HVAC, security, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor to moderate facilities issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow-through on projects.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
Preferred:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- OSHA certification or other facilities management certifications a plus.
