About the Role
About You
- H.S. Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
- Minimum of 5 years' related experience in facilities management.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial fire-life safety systems and emergency management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems.
- Ability to work before/after hours, weekends, and holidays on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Ability to problem-solve under light supervision.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- General knowledge of electrical services and HVAC maintenance.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
